  NO WAY TO GET A HOLD OF OWNER, There should be a number posted somewhere in case you have any problems with any of the wash stalls or their equipment,. this is the 2nd time in the the same place in the same stall that the touchless car wash took my $8.00, last time it happened apparently the owner was having a problem with someone tampering with where you pay so he had a sign on it that said you if see anyone tampering with the equipment to call and it gave his personal cell phone, so I called it to tell him it took my money, owner seemed super nice and responsive and was apologetic he took down my address and said he would mail a refund to me, I never received it, I waited a couple of weeks called back and he again apologized and said he would mail it, I never received it. Today I went there, paid $8.00 it spit out soap then a little digital sign lit up that said, "please drive forward", seriously....not again, I drove all around to see if there was a phone number posted anywhere on how to get a hold of someone but there is no phone numbers listed, I googled it found a found number called it and I could hear it ringing in a little room next to the stall I was in, after a ton of rings sounded like a fax machine picked it up, there is NO way to leave a voicemail. Today it cost me $17 to wash my car that included the $8 I lost.
