  I have been getting my tires from firestone for a few years now. Gary the manager here really helped me with my tires and made my experience here great one. Awesome customer service from he and the mechanic Kyle. Gary is a great manager and I will definitely return for my tire needs!

  I have had great service when the guys I think Larry would run the front but since the girls have Been there it’s been down hill. I dropped my truck off at 730 walked to work and came back at 2 they were just pulling it around and she told me it will be another 20 minutes. By the time it was done it was there 7 hours. And she told me next time you should make an appointment when you get opem at 7 and there weren’t many cars at alll. They took 20 minutes to pull the truck up and out. Very Unhappy with the ladies there. They told someone’s to go to a different place for an oil change Cuz they were busy even though they told him on the phone if he made it in 30 minutes they could get it done. And they also told the guy that it takes longer than 20 minutes to do an oil change when they did mine in that same time.
